1. The wedding / event fee covers our expenses on extra staff, concierge, cleaners, trash removal, extensive lawn maintenance and restoration, extensive generator fuel, wear and tear, elevated electric/ septic, additional maintenance, beach clean-up. We aim to deliver the property to you in impeccable condition for your special day, and the guests who will be checking in right behind you.
2. Wedding Fee does NOT include any additional services.
3. Wedding and Villa Rental agreement requires 50% of the Total booking amount provided at signing.
4. We are happy to provide you with a list of wedding planners who will guide you through fantastic local vendors.

Activities & Adventures
Villa de Zecheo is located on Maria’s beach, a location famous for snorkeling, surfing and paddle boarding. It is also known as Dog Man’s beach, because of a local character lived here on the beach with his many dogs.
Year-round horseback riding, beach combing, boating & jet skiing, hiking, world renowned snorkeling directly in front of the villa, as well as scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding and fishing.
March is the best month for whale watching, while October marks the beginning of surf season.
Restaurants, church, farmers market, yoga and pilates studio, playgrounds, small town walkable downtown area, weekly events in town.
Sometimes, all you need is a lounge chair by the pool and an icy beverage to complete your stay.
